Lara George is a popular Nigerian Gospel Music singer, Producer and songwriter who became famous following the release of her debut album titled "Forever In My Heart" released in 2008 and having hit single Ijoba Orun (a Yoruba Word meaning; Kingdom of Heaven). Her Other hit songs includes, Hallelujah, Ko ma si (There's nobody like our God),oba ogo, dansaki among others.

An Architect by Profession, Lara George was born to the Family of Oluwole Bajomo in Lagos state, Nigeria. She had her secondary Education at Queens college, Yaba, After which she then proceeded to The University of Lagos,Akoka Yaba following her admission to study Architecture.

Her Journey to Music started when she was still at University of Lagos, where she joined the University Fellowship choir on campus. Lara George later joined the now defunct Gospel music group, called Kush, with fellow members Dapo Torimiro,TY Bello,and Emem Ema. she enjoyed great success and endorsement following the success and acceptance of her debut album in 2008, she was nominated at the Nigerian music awards for Voice of the year, which she went on to win and also in 2011 she was awarded Female Gospel artist of the year 2011 at the African Gospel Music Awards.

Lare George is happily married to her husband Mr Gbenga George and her both blessed with two children, Adeola George and Tiaraoluwa George.
