Aisha Muhammadu Buhari is the CEO of Hanzy spa,Hanzy beauty institute and wife of Nigerian president elect, Muhammadu Buhari. Mrs Aisha Buhari was born into wealthy maternal fulani family of Ankali  in Adamawa State, renowned for their success in farming and textile business. Her paternal grandfather  Alhaji Muhammadu Ribadu  was one time Nigeria's first Minister of defense, she is also granddaughter of the first Ciroma of old Adamawa and her father a successful civil engineer.

Mrs Buhari graduated with a Bachelor of arts in Public Administration from one of Nigeria's oldest University,  Ahmadu Bello University(ABU Zaria) and also holds a master degree from Nigerian Defense Academy, NDA Kaduna where she studied International Affairs and Strategic Studies.

Prior before furthering her Degree Education, Mrs Buhari had been involved in physiotherapy and Beauty therapy,owning of of the biggest spa business in the Country. having necessary training,expertise and education qualification which can be attributed to the growth of Hanzy spa,Hanzy beauty institute, with offices in Kaduna,Abuja and other parts of Nigeria, she obtained diploma in Beauty therapy from Carlton institute in United Kingdom and post graduate diploma from  from Academy Esthetique Beauty Institute of France,where she studied cosmetology and beauty.

Her institution, Hanzy beuaty institute is a resource education training institute, involved in developing study curriculum for Nigerian schools on Small and medium enterprises under the National Basic Technical Education (NBTE).

She is a member of the  Charitable Trust (VTCT) of the United Kingdom Vocational Training and member of International Health and Beauty Council (HBC).

Mrs Aisha Buhari married former Military ruler and present elected Nigerian President (2015) Muhammadu Buhari in the year 1989(February)  and both have 5 children together and a grandchild.

Mrs Aisha Buhari is a Public figure in Nigeria and shows great modesty and class in all are dealings as the wife of a political Icon. Unlike other past wife of Nigeria heads of States and President, Mrs Aisha  Buhari reaffirmed her husband promise to obey the constitution and desisting from anything related to Office of the first lady, a post not contained in Nigeria constitution or formation.

She is a social campaigner against forced and early marriage of the girl child, this was stressed by Mrs Buharia, when she made appearance at the Global Women Conference held in Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 2015, advocating the need for proper legislation and laws meant to protect the girl child. She is also a strong critic of same se x marriage.
